Pelvic peritoneum is mobilized along the spermatic vessels to the ductus deferens exit point, as far as visualization, the organocomplex is displaced upwards and anteriorly, the seed vesicle arteries are coagulated and transected, when the spermatic cord exits into the abdominal cavity at the level of the inguinal ring, the ductus deferens is excised extrafastially, mobilized anteriorly, the rectum is mobilized posteriorly, lateral and posterior walls of bladder are mobilized, obturator fossa is visualized, where along obturator nerve obturator lymphadenectomy is performed, epigastric vein and artery are separated and transected, additionally para-aortic lymphadenectomy is performed.

EFFECT: use of the invention provides improved visualization during the operation, reduced duration and blood loss during the operation, increased radicality of the operation due to extended lymph node dissection.
