FIELD: glass.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to methods of high-temperature moulding of articles from glass, glass chips or glass flour, in particular when performing works during melting of glass materials and works in fusing technique. Method of producing a separating mixture based on fluorogypsum for sintering glass materials, which includes gypsum 31.58 wt.%, fluorgypsum 36.79 wt.%, talc 31.58 wt.%, graphite 0.05 wt.%, consists of dispersion and homogenisation of fluorine-gypsum using a ball mill, thermal treatment of dispersed and homogenised fluorine-gypsum at temperature of 150-160 °C for 2 hours and then its homogenisation with gypsum, talc and graphite. water is added to the obtained separation mixture in amount of 20-88 wt.%, followed by mechanical mixing and applying a uniform layer on the working surface of a mould for sintering glass materials, after which it is dried at temperature of 20 to 120 °C.
EFFECT: improved manufacturability: easy separation of glass mass from the mould used for sintering when performing works in fusing technique, as well as multiple use of the disclosed separating mixture without loss of functional characteristics.
