FIELD: rocket and space engineering.
SUBSTANCE: air-operated filling valve comprises a body. To valve body (1) on plate (5) side, a membrane unit is attached, comprising body (12), in which near (13) and far (14) relative to plate (5) perforated partitions are installed, metal thin-walled breakthrough membrane (15), fixed on the lower side of partition (13) and hermetically separating inlet (2) and outlet (3) unions of the valve, knife (16) with a circular cutting edge (17) facing membrane (15), pusher (18) in the form of a rod, installed on the upper side of partition (13) and interacting with poppet (5) during its movement to open the valve, support (19) in the form of a rod, the upper end of which is made in the form of support foot (21) in contact with membrane (15), on the lower end of the rod there is cylindrical shank (22) installed in mounting hole (23) of far partition (14) and resting on partition (14) by an annular diametrical band (24) with a circular weakening groove (25) made on the support surface of band (24). Knife (16) is installed under membrane (15).
EFFECT: improving tightness of the valve, reliability and safety of fuel system operation.
