FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to pneumatic and hydraulic control valves. Distributor comprises a body, a valve, a valve seat made in the body, an inlet union and two outlet unions, one of which is installed in parallel with the inlet union, and the second is installed perpendicular to the inlet union, the axis of the valve seat and the direction of movement of the valve in the body are perpendicular to the inlet union and coaxial to the perpendicular to the outlet union. Distributor is equipped with a pneumatic actuator of the valve, which contains a piston with a rod interacting with the valve, a nozzle for supply of high-pressure control air to the above-piston cavity. In the initial position, before the control pressure is supplied to the pneumatic actuator, the distributor valve is displaced from the seat and fixed relative to the body by a pin cut off by the force of the pneumatic actuator when the valve moves to the seat, the inlet nozzle is interconnected with the coaxial with it outlet nozzle, and from the perpendicular outlet nozzle it is hermetically separated by a breakthrough membrane installed at the inlet of the perpendicular outlet nozzle. To the valve, on the side of the seat, coaxially to the perpendicular outlet nozzle, a knife in the form of a hollow cylinder is attached, when moving together with the valve to the seat, cutting the membrane installed at the inlet of the perpendicular outlet nozzle, in the walls of the cylindrical knife there are windows for passage of the working medium from the inlet union to the outlet unions. Distributor is equipped with a valve retainer in the closed position pressed to the seat, which is made in the form of a spring-loaded check valve installed in the connecting pipe for supplying control pressure to the pneumatic actuator and opening towards the valve movement towards the seat.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at improving the reliability of the distributor.
