FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: method involves cultivation of a laboratory culture of Trissolcus kozlovi Rjachovsky using freshly collected and (or) stored at low temperatures for no more than 20 days, eggs of the alternative host Podisus maculiventris say, observing the ratio of the number of fertilized females of the wasps : the number of bug eggs – 1:10 when the host bug eggs are populated, the content of the populated eggs and the entomophage in glass vessels, on the inner walls of which there are drops of honey, closed with tulle, with a cotton swab impregnated with water placed on the tulle cover. Entomophage is cultivated in a climatic chamber under constant conditions of temperature, humidity and light period (+24±1 °C, 70±10%; 16 hours of light).
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase indicators of viability and biotic potential of entomophage.
