FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention represents a method for mass rearing of egg parasite including soaking infected gypsy moth eggs for 4 hours in 9 % solution of edible acetic acid (CH3COOH), washing in running water, their drying in open air and putting into cages, infecting their with Ooencyrtus kuvanae in proportion to one part of entomophage of twenty parts of eggs of hosts insects, cage closed with dense tissue, above which there is a cotton disc moistened with 25 % solution of honey, and held for 16 hours in a light period at temperature of +25 °C during the day, 8 hours at +17 °C at night and humidity of 50–60 %.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase the egg parasite imago output with preservation of its infectious capacity and fecundity.
