FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cogeneration plants of increased energy and ecological efficiency and can be used in municipal and industrial heat power engineering. Objectives of the invention are: increasing energy efficiency by using the sensible and latent heat of exhaust gases for the needs of heat consumers, obtaining the required ratio of thermal power to electrical power, as well as reduction of NOx and CO harmful emissions specific values. Cogeneration plant is characterized by the fact that it is equipped with a heat engine, a waste heat boiler with afterburning of exhaust gases of the heat engine, control module, stack, stable or unstable to flue gas condensate, at least one source of low-temperature heat carrier. At that, cogeneration plant includes at least single-section condensation economizer, wherein gas channel of condensing economizer is included in flue gas path of heat recovery boiler with afterburning of exhaust gases of heat engine to stack, heat carrier channel of condensing economizer is connected to supply circuit of low-temperature heat carrier, and namely return water, to waste heat boiler. Moreover, the control module is configured, in addition, to obtain the oxygen content in the heat engine exhaust gas-air mixture calculated values, and additional air, which is supplied to input of exhaust-heat boiler, and amount of fuel, which is supplied to the inlet of the heat recovery boiler to ensure the required values of the output heat power, specific emissions of NOx and CO of the cogeneration plant.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to considerably improve heat engineering and environmental parameters of cogeneration plants.
