FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: haemodialysis device includes a cylindrical housing with inlet and outlet nozzles, removable covers with nozzles at its ends, for input of venous and output of purified blood, and hollow fibre membrane made of polysulphone hollow fibres fixed to housing by means of filling from polyurethane, tightly adjacent to housing and polysulphone hollow fibres. Used is a hollow-fibre membrane made using the method described in claim 3. Inner surface of the polysulphonic hollow fibres of the hollow fibre membrane is modified with boehmite nanoparticles with particle size of 30-100 nm. What is disclosed is a method for making the hollow fibre membrane for a haemodialyser. 1.5-5% solution of a surfactant in distilled water is prepared in the container. Impregnation composition is obtained by adding boehmite nanoparticles with size of 30-100 nm to the surfactant solution. Container with impregnating compound is placed in ultrasonic bath and subjected to action for 10 minutes at operating frequency of oscillations 35±2 kHz to obtain a suspension. Haemodialyser with the caps removed is vertically placed in the container with the suspension; at the same operating frequency, the fibres are impregnated by ultrasonic capillary effect and dried in a drying oven.
EFFECT: increased working surface of hollow-fibre membranes.
