SUBSTANCE: invention relates to artificial circulation therapy agents. Hollow fibre membrane blood purifier includes a hollow fibre membrane and a container filled with the hollow fibre membrane, wherein the hollow fibre membrane in the hollow fibre membrane blood purifier contains a fat-soluble material. Portion of the number of flat fibres in all hollow fibres contained in the hollow fibre membrane blood purifier is 5 % or less. Flat fibre has flatness ratio calculated by the expression: "small axis of the outer diameter of the cross section of the hollow fibre/large axis of the outer diameter of the cross section of the hollow fibre" equal to 0.5 or less. Amount of fat-soluble material immobilized in the hollow fibre membrane is 1-500 mg/m2.
EFFECT: suppression of leaks during blood purification.
