SUBSTANCE: ER: YAG laser with a rectangular pulse of variable geometry is used. Treatment is carried out in ablation mode by a beam with a spot size of 3-4 mm with an overlap of 45-55%, with a frequency of 6-8 Hz and a flux density of 3.6-4.8 J/cm². At the first stage, the lesions are treated successively on the surface of the labia minora and labia majora, the clitoris area with the help of a full-length manipulum with a straight adapter in the amount of 2-3 passes to reach the level of the basal membrane. The second stage of treatment consists in applying fractional manipulum on the initially treated surface with an impact depth of 200-250 mcm in one pass. At the third stage, subcutaneous injection of autoplasma in the area of labia minora and labia majora is carried out.

EFFECT: increased effectiveness of treatment by restoring the architectonics of the submucosal vulva layer and reconstructing the mucosa, accelerating the processes of neocollagenogenesis, neoangiogenesis.
