FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for treatment of kraurosis vulvae associated with the presence of human papillomavirus (HPV). Cytological and histological examination of the pathological focus is performed. HPV presence in blood is determined. Photosensitizer is administered intravenously in an amount equivalent to the patient's weight. PDT irradiation of vulva is performed in 2-3 hours at PDT source wavelength corresponding to the absorption wavelength of the intravenous photosensitizer. After vulva PDT, in 1-2 hours, the first of eight sessions of blood photomodification with chlorine series sensitized drugs is carried out by intravenous irradiation. The following seven sessions are carried out with a frequency of once a week. 60 days after the PDT session the area of the kraurosis vulvae zone is measured, and biorevitalisation is performed by interstitial injection of hyaluronic acid at the rate of 2 mg per cm2 of kraurosis vulvae area.
EFFECT: alignment of the TV camera image resolution increased efficiency of kraurosis vulvae treatment by activation of immune system cells, improved blood flow, vulvar hydration, HPV titer reduction.
