FIELD: obtaining oil from wells.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to installations for early separation of oil well products into oil and water in pressure sealed collection systems. Downhole water discharge unit includes an idle well equipped with a casing string, a pipe insert having a lower end with an open end and placed coaxially with the well casing string, a water discharge pipe arranged inside the pipe insert, an oil discharge pipeline and a water-oil fluid supply pipeline. Oil-water supply pipeline is hydraulically connected to the pipe insert, and the oil discharge pipeline is hydraulically connected to the annular space between the pipe insert and the well casing. As a water discharge branch pipe, the plant includes a tubing string equipped in the lower part with a pump unit and containing a perforation zone above the said pump unit. Unit additionally contains a brush filter installed in the annular space between the tubing string and the casing string. Said brush filter is located below the lower end of the pipe insert with an open end at a distance of at least 500 m, but above the perforation zone of the tubing string. Installation is additionally equipped with a cable for power supply of the pump unit, which is placed in the annular space between the pipe insert and the well casing string. Depth of the idle well is not less than 1,200 m, and the oil-water supply pipeline is made with the possibility of pumping into the well of not more than 350 m3/day.
EFFECT: providing acceptable quality of the entire volume of discharged water in one pumping cycle due to reduction of content of mechanical and oil-containing impurities in it, while simultaneously reducing water content of the treated water-oil liquid by at least 40 %.
