FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry and is intended for dough pieces rolling. Rolling pin comprises a body and a rolling pin control handles installed in opposition. Rolling pin is equipped with a body holder made in the form of a hollow hemisphere, and the rolling pin body has a shape of a ball with a smaller radius than the body holder. Control handles are installed on housing holder, and housing is installed in cavity of housing holder hemisphere with possibility of free rotation.
EFFECT: proposed rolling pin expands the range of means for dough pieces rolling out, provides for increased convenience in formation of round and oval dough pieces and possibility to create reliable limiting sides of culinary products.
