FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry and is intended for dough pieces rolling. Rolling pin comprises a body and a rolling pin control handle; the body is shaped as a hollow hemisphere with limit collars, and the handle is provided with at least one ball joint with a ball installed so that to enable rotation. Handle is installed in the inner cavity of the body and rests on a ball of a ball-and-socket hinge with the possibility of moving along the inner surface of the body under the action of the user’s hand and changing the position of the body of the rolling pin relative to the dough being rolled out.

EFFECT: proposed rolling pin expands the range of dough forming facilities, increases usability during rolling of round or oval dough pieces as far as dough rolling is performed with one hand.
