FIELD: heat engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat engineering and can be used in water treatment systems for dosing reagents in small-sized boiler houses and heat points. Boiler house chemical water treatment module comprises feed pipeline 1, chemical reagent storage tank 2. Pipeline is connected to suction 10 and bypass 11 pipelines. Tank is connected to feed pipeline 1 via channel 16 with inlet 4 and outlet 5 valves of membrane dispenser 3. Two valves 12 and 13 controlled by opening/closing torque are installed on bypass pipeline 11. Valve 13 is connected to the drain line. Branch pipe 15 is connected between two valves 11 and 13 and connects bypass pipeline 11 with drive chamber 8 of membrane dispenser 3. Spring-loaded check valve 9 is installed on feed pipeline 1 between suction pipeline 10 and bypass pipeline 11. Suction pipeline 10 is connected to feed pipeline 1 downstream of the outlet of spring-loaded check valve 9, and bypass pipeline 11 is connected before the inlet of spring-loaded check valve 9. Outlet pipe 20 of container 2 of chemical reagent is located at level or above level of inlet of inlet valve 4 of membrane dispenser 3.
EFFECT: accurate dosing of chemical reagent at minimum dimensions and simplicity of design.
