SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of polymer composite materials and artificial leather, and in particular to a biodegradable polymer material, and can be used in production of articles based on polyvinyl chloride (PVC). Disclosed is a polymer composition for film materials of artificial leather based on polyvinyl chloride, characterized in that it contains polyvinyl chloride, plasticiser and/or epoxidised bio-plasticiser, pectin-cellulose filler from apple processing wastes and a heat stabilizer in form of epoxidised oil, wherein for monolithic polymer layer components are contained in following ratio, wt.%: polyvinyl chloride: 45–65; plasticiser and/or epoxidised bio-plasticiser: 25–38; epoxidised oil: 0.5–3.2; pectin-cellulose filler made from apple processing wastes: 10–15. For the porous polymer layer, the composition further contains a complex stabilizer and a chemically foaming agent, with the following ratio of components, wt.%: polyvinyl chloride (PVC): 35–65; plasticiser and/or epoxidised bio-plasticiser: 25–38; epoxidised oil: 0.5–3.2; complex stabilizer: 0.5–2.3; chemical foaming agent: 0.5–4.2; pectin-cellulose filler made from apple processing wastes: 10–25.

EFFECT: invention enables to obtain more environmentally friendly compositions of polymer composite materials and artificial leather compared to analogues.
