SUBSTANCE: agitator includes a shaft mounted on bearing supports, with blades fixed thereon and an electric drive with a reduction gear – geared motor, at that, the shaft is made in the form of a tubular body with detachable support shanks fixed at the ends, on the shaft outer surface with a pitch equal to 0.3 to 2.5 of the shaft diameter, flanges with holes are rigidly mounted, on which, by means of a bolted connection, at least one blade is fixed, with holes made identically to the holes of the flanges on the expanding side at the point of attachment to the flange, wherein each subsequent blade relative to previous one is fixed on flanges with offset along shaft helical generatrix at angle from 15.0 to 60.0°.

EFFECT: creation of agitator of simple light-weight design with reduced load on shaft, making it possible to increase service life of gear motor, at that to preserve reliability and efficiency of the design, making it possible to easily and quickly replace blades in case of necessity.
