SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, where initial components are mixed into a homogeneous mass, and can be used in agriculture and other industries. In a two-shaft mixer the blades are components of assembly units that are fixed to each of the four sides along horizontal square shafts along the length of the mixer and have round ends installed in cylindrical bodies with closed ball bearings. Herewith at the upper end of each vertical end in slots a blade is fixed, which is made in the form of several radial plates of not less than 10 mm thick and not more than 80 mm wide, and the lower end of each shank is made as a worm with milled involute teeth, which make it possible to turn the blades in the vertical plane by 30°, 45° and 60°, according to the results of bulk density of loose materials, respectively 0.30, 0.55 and 0.75 t/m³, herewith the rotation of the horizontal round shafts for driving the rotation of the blades and the square tube shafts of the mixer is carried out by electric motors. Uniformity of mixing of not less than 98 % is achieved.

EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the reliability of sets of assembly units and a decrease in the metal consumption and energy intensity of the entire process by more than 25 % and 35 %, respectively.
