FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to grinding and mixing and may be used for fodder preparation. Grinding disperser comprises hollow driven rotor coupled with inlet branch pipe coaxially adjoining annular stator provided with converging nozzles inclined to stator opposite the rotor rotational direction and extending in curvilinear undercuts into suspension bleeding channel of the casing distant from annular stator by variable distant to make convolution communicated with tangential outlet branch pipe and delivery pump via inlet branch pipe aligned with splitter on hollow rotor body. Disc-like casing is arranged off-centre relative to rotor rotational axis and directed toward outlet branch pipe communicated with inlet axial branch pipe via suspension circulation pipeline. The number of rotor nozzles exceeds that of slot in annular stator. Gas removal means is arranged in suspension circulation pipeline downstream of delivery pump. Arched vanes are secured in rotor end wall turned to rotor nozzles.
EFFECT: higher quality of finished products.
