FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to transplantology. Donor kidney is removed. Flexible ureteropyeloscope is inserted into the donor kidney. Drop cold gravitational perfusion of the removed cadaveric donor kidney is carried out with preservation solution simultaneously with a temperature-controlled laser lithotripsy of cadaveric donor kidney. Temperature sensor is inserted into the renal vein and the pelvis and parenchyma are allowed to heat up no more than +4 °C.
EFFECT: method enables simplifying the extracorporeal flexible laser lithotripsy of a cadaveric donor kidney while maintaining its effectiveness.
