SUBSTANCE: possibility of using different versions of switching on a three-pole nonlinear element relative to a matching four-terminal circuit and different types of feedback is presented. Values of parameters of inductances and capacitances of the proposed circuits can be unambiguously determined using mathematical expressions given in the claim.
EFFECT: generation and frequency modulation of a high-frequency signal with an increased linear section of the frequency modulation characteristic using one nonlinear element and arbitrary complex load resistances.
