SUBSTANCE: high-frequency signal generation method is based on conversion of energy of DC voltage supply into the energy of high-frequency (HF) signal, interaction of HF signal with the feed-forward path, the triple-pole nonlinear element, the reactive four-terminal network, load and external feedback circuit, fulfilment of excitation conditions in the form of amplitude balance and balance of phases defining respectively amplitude and frequency of generated HF signals, conditions of matching of the feed-forward path with the load and conditions of load matching with the control electrode of the triple-pole nonlinear element, the load is made in the form of the first two-pole network with the complex resistance, the external feedback circuit is any four-terminal network, values of parameters of the reactive four-terminal network are selected according to pre-set mathematical expressions.

EFFECT: wider range of generated oscillations, generation of high-frequency signals for the given number of frequencies at any complex load resistances.
