SUBSTANCE: method for generation of high-frequency signals is based on conversion of energy of a constant voltage source to energy of a high-frequency signal, interaction of the high-frequency signal with a feed-forward path, a three-pole non-linear element, a reactive four-pole circuit, a load and an external feedback path made in the form of an arbitrary four-pole circuit, implementation of excitation conditions in the form of balance of amplitudes and balance of phases, which determine amplitude and frequency of generated high-frequency signals, conditions of coordination of the feed-forward path with the load, and parameters of the reactive four-pole circuit are chosen according to the specified mathematical expressions.
EFFECT: increasing the range of generated oscillations by generation of high-frequency signals at the specified number of frequencies at arbitrary complex load resistances.
