FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to a haemostatic forceps. Clamp forceps comprises upper and lower metal L-branches, a screw retainer and a transverse bar. Lower L-shaped branch comprises sled 180 mm long, 5 mm wide and 2 mm slotted. Upper L-shaped branch is inserted into the sleds of the lower L-shaped branch. Transverse crosspiece is 50 mm long, 10 mm wide, 2 mm thick and, indented from the edge of the upper L-shaped branch, is rigidly fixed at the proximal end of the upper L-shaped branch by means of a first protrusion configured to prevent friction between the transverse bar and the slides of the lower L-shaped branch. In the lower L-shaped branch, at a distance from its edge, in the centre there is a hole for the screw retainer, on one side of hole for screw retainer second projection is made. Thread is made through the hole and the second protrusion. Screw retainer is configured to fix the position of the branches.

EFFECT: use of the invention allows providing tissue fixation even in conditions of their different thickness, deformation and preventing haemorrhages and bile leakage.
