SUBSTANCE: notch opening unit (10) comprises clamping device (13) for installation on it of drilling mechanism (14), guide device for oxygen tuyere and oxygen tuyere supply device (20), at that, tap hole opening unit (10) on clamping device (13) comprises guide device (15) for drill (16), driven by drilling mechanism (14), wherein oxygen tuyere feed device (20) is arranged in space between drill guide (15) and drilling mechanism (14). Drill guide device (15) serves to form the oxygen tuyere guide axis (24), and in the oxygen tuyere feed device (20) operating position, drill bit (16) is removed from the drilling mechanism and from the drill guide device (15), wherein oxygen tuyere feed device (20) is permanently mounted on clamping device (13), and the oxygen tuyere supply device (20) is installed with the possibility of being changed from a non-working position located outside the gap formed between drill guide (15) and drilling mechanism (14) to the working position.
EFFECT: creation of a unit for opening a tap hole, in which a drill guide device serves to create a guide axis of an oxygen tuyere.
