FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: facility of hard material feeding includes two or more pairs of lance for insufflation of hard materials of charge for the process of direct fusion into melting assembly. Facility of hard materials feeding includes also feeding mainstream and couple of dropout line for feeding of hard materials of charge to lance from each pair of lance, at that dropout lines connect to each other feeding mainstream and lance of couple of lances. Lances are located around of assembly in pairs of diametrical lances. At least, one pair of lances is provided for insufflation of metal-bearing raw materials, such as iron-containing materials, especially iron-ore articles, and, at least one of other lances pair is provided for insufflation hard carbonaceous material, such as coal, and additionally fluxes. Lances pairs are located around of assembly so that neighbouring lances are lances, provided for lances of different materials.
EFFECT: effective and reliable feeding of hard materials into facility of direct fusion.
