FIELD: methods of marking a physical product.

SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of generating a unique NFT using smart contracts on a selected blockchain platform before creating a physical product, smart contract is programmed to create NFT with given characteristics and indication of metadata relating to physical product, calling the NFT creation function in the smart contract, releasing the NFT for the physical product, creating a marking code containing information or a hash of the unique NFT identifier, associating it with the physical product and integrated into the physical article using micro-labelling 3D printing technology, performing the quality check, including checking the marking code readability and its compatibility with mobile devices and scanners, registering information about each created NFT and associated with it physical product in public chain, transferring rights for a physical product by transferring NFT through smart contracts, controlling access to information on the physical product, adding and updating data on its use and service, constant monitoring and analytics on production, operation and maintenance of physical product is carried out.

EFFECT: high degree of security and protection of the physical product from counterfeit, as well as high strength and resistance of the marking code to external action.
