FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to decorative building materials. Disclosed is a composition for coating walls, facades or similar surfaces, containing, wt.%: 15–20 binder, 10–15 charge of silicon-containing compound and micro-calcite, 10–15 inert solid element, 5–10 impurities, 20–30 zeolite with grinding degree of 200–300 m2/kg and balance is water, where inert solid element is made in form of sand, crushed granite and expanded clay with size of said components of not more than 0.1–0.15 mm, binder is made in form of powders of silicate (kCaOpSiO2) and calcium aluminate (nCaOmAl2O3) or hydraulic lime, the admixture is in the form of methyl cellulose, cellulose, the silicon-containing compound is in the form of a mixture of quartz sand, or quartzite, or fine crystalline silicon with particle size of 0.4–1 mm, or a mixture thereof.

EFFECT: high water permeability, water-retention capacity, frost resistance, degree of fire resistance, operational reliability, longevity and strength of adhesion of the composition to different bases used to apply said composition, while reducing heat conductivity and shrinkage.
