FIELD: optics; solar collectors.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a solar mirror with a longer service life, which is used in a concentrator solar power plant for directing incident sunlight onto the surface of a receiver. Solar mirror (1) comprises glass sheet (2) forming a base layer, reflective layer (3) made of a metallic material and arranged on glass sheet (2) to reflect sunlight, protective layer (4) disposed on reflective layer (3) and used to prevent abrasion and damage to reflective layer (3), wherein reflective layer (3) has thickness from 50 nm to 300 nm, protective layer (4) comprises at least one adhesive layer (4.1), at least one passivating layer (4.2), at least one first paint layer (4.3) and at least one second paint layer (4.4), wherein adhesive layer (4.1) has a silane structure and is located between reflective layer (3) and first paint layer (4.3), completely covers reflective layer (3) and allows reflective layer (3) and first paint layer (4.3) to adhere to each other, passivating layer (4.2), which is used to increase the resistance of reflective layer (3) to corrosion by passivating reflective layer (3) due to the fact that it is made of copper material, which covers reflective layer (3) on adhesive layer (4.1), first layer (4.3) of polyester or alkyd melamine-based paint is located on adhesion layer (4.1) and provides an increase in durability by protecting metal layer (3) by coating adhesive layer (4.1) and, consequently, metal layer (3), second layer (4.4) of polyurethane-based paint is on first layer (4.3) of paint, completely covers first layer (4.3) of paint and is used to protect first layer (4.3) of paint, hence, reflecting layer (3) from external action.
EFFECT: invention enables to produce a weather-resistant solar mirror whose reflecting layer is protected by two layers of protective paint, the metal coating is protected by a protective primer using copper or polyester-based primer.
