FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing mirrors. A mirror includes a glass substrate having a silver coating. A solution is sprayed onto the silver coating, said solution containing ions of at least one material selected from: Pd, La, Eu, Zn, Pt, Ru, Na, Zr, Y, Rh and Ce. A paint layer is then deposited.
