FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to extraction of high-purity nickel from complex raw materials. Method involves a process of reducing heat treatment of a first raw material containing nickel and lithium and a first leaching of the obtained treated product. Further, the first calcination process is carried out with thermal treatment of the second raw material containing nickel and sulphur. After that, the second leaching process is carried out with leaching of the first leaching residue obtained as a result of the first leaching process, and the roasting product obtained as a result of the first roasting process. Obtained second leaching product is neutralized to obtain a neutralized solution and purified with removal of impurities. From the purified solution, deposition and a second process of burning the precipitated residue obtained as a result of the deposition process are carried out, with extraction of nickel.
EFFECT: processing of secondary raw materials with obtaining of nickel of high purity by environmentally friendly method is provided.
