FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of heat supply, including the use of non-traditional renewable energy sources, and is an adaptive heat pump system of heat-cooling supply containing a heat pump with a system for collecting low-grade heat, that includes a circulating pump and a preheater installed after the heated medium and connected to the heating systems. Bypass pipeline is provided around the heat pump condenser, and before the condenser in the in the backflow pipeline, there are gradually installed a temperature sensor and an electrically controlled three-way valve which connected to the controller. To save energy, the turn of the circulation pumps is provided if the heat pump stops. Besides, the system for collecting low-potential heat provides several sources connected in a certain way, based on the characteristics of each of them. At the same time, the load on the soil mass is reduced, and the ground heat exchanger - the most capital-intensive part of the system for collecting low-potential heat, is greatly simplified.

EFFECT: in case of exceeding the return flow temperature from heating and ventilation systems in excess of permissible, technical solution allows to exclude the stop of the heat pump to protect against exceeding the refrigerant pressure in the vapour compression loop by bypassing the return flow past the heat pump condenser of the directly to the peak heater according to the signal of the return temperature sensor.
