FIELD: performing operations.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to induction sealing device for heat sealing of packing material, which consists of frame, on which conveyor is fixed and stand with induction generation unit. Frame consists of a structural aluminium profile and polypropylene sheets and is mounted on wheel supports. Induction generation unit is configured to adjust the unit vertical position for a certain container using a flywheel. Conveyor is fitted with container flow divider and guard. At the beginning and at the end of the conveyor there are roller supports. Inside the frame there is a unit with an air compressor and an air receiver and a control panel with software. Proposed device can operate independently and be coupled and operated with other line devices due to the use of guard and roller supports at conveyor front and rear, plug-and-socket quick-release electrical connections and control panel software.
EFFECT: reducing the weight of the installation, increasing its autonomy.
