FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and can be used in construction of temporary and permanent roads. Tight plastic blocks are laid on the prepared soil base, each of which has height of 100 to 1000 mm, filled with granules of foamed polystyrene. Nearby tight plastic blocks are jointed together by tenon-groove joint and/or cable laid via through holes made in tight plastic blocks and/or by welding or gluing. Next layer is road surface in form of reinforced concrete slabs for arrangement of permanent road.
EFFECT: simplification of road construction technology.
