Method includes: editing an Excel test case; and testing Excel test case; wherein editing the Excel test case includes: loading an Excel file, displaying detailed information of the test case for a tester and editing the test case using a test case review and editing device to create an Excel file, wherein when Excel is launched, Excel file is opened, created by using a test case viewing and editing device, wherein each sheet of the Excel file is a test case and each test case comprises a testing step, a name, a description, an executable action, operation content, a parameter and an annotation; column of Excel testing step in Excel file successively determines step identifier of current test case; Excel name column in the Excel file determines the step displayed name; the Excel description column in the Excel file determines the descriptive text of the current step, and the descriptive text is displayed on the test case viewing and editing device; column of the executable Excel action in the Excel file, using the executable action classification module of the testing device, determines the specific action to be executed by the testing system for the current step; column of the content of the Excel operation in the Excel file determines the content information for executing the action of the current step; Excel parameter column in the Excel file determines parameter information, and execution of the action of the current step depends on the parameter information; and an Excel annotation column in the Excel file determines the annotation information of the current step.
