FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to biotechnology, particularly to a recovered antibody or its antigen-binding fragment able to specifically bind to fibroblast growth factor receptor 2b (FGFR2b), to a method for preparing it, as well as to a conjugate and a composition containing it. Also disclosed is an isolated polynucleotide encoding said antibody or a fragment thereof, as well as a host cell and a vector containing same. Invention also relates to the diagnosis of a disease or condition associated with FGFR2b, as well as to a method for predicting a disease or condition associated with FGFR2b, in a subject, providing the use of the above antibody or a fragment thereof.
EFFECT: invention is effective for treating a disease or condition associated with FGFR2b in a subject.
