FIELD: antenna equipment. SUBSTANCE: device has emitting body which is designed as conductors which are located in parallel along cylindrical shape. Some conductors are connected to power supply line in breaking points which are made in their middle part. In addition device has short-circuits which are located in perpendicular to axis of device. Goal of invention is achieved by shortening of conductors which are located on cylindrical surface in sector which is not greater than 40 degrees in opposite to position of conductors which are connected to power supply line. Length of such conductors is 0.25- 0.35 of total length of short-wave dipole. They are separated from short-circuits by insulators. Other conductors are connected to short- circuits. Distance between shortened conductors and adjacent conductors, which length is equal to length of short-wave dipole, is not greater than 0.01 λmin,, where λmin- is minimal effective wavelength. EFFECT: increased bandwidth while keeping uniformity of beam pattern in plane which is perpendicular to antenna axis.
