FIELD: radio engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has adder, M memory units, M-1 weights units, M complex adders, unit measuring inter-period noise correlation rate, and unit, which calculates weights. Each of M-1 outputs of unit, which calculates weights, is connected to first input of corresponding weights unit, which first and second outputs are connected to pair (M-1) of adder inputs. Goal of invention is achieved by introduced M-2 units measuring inter-period noise correlation rate. First and second outputs of each of M memory units are connected to respectively first and second inputs of corresponding complex multiplier, which first and second outputs (except for M-th multiplier) are connected to corresponding inputs of next memory unit. First and second outputs of M-th complex multiplier is connected to M-th pair of adder inputs. First and second inputs of first memory unit are connected to corresponding inputs of main and (M-2) additional units measuring inter-period noise correlation rate. Second claim of invention discloses device design in which main and additional units measuring inter-period noise correlation rate suppression filter have complex conjunction unit, first and second outputs through first complex multiplier are connected to corresponding inputs of first adder and through second complex multiplier are connected to input of corresponding channel. First, second, third and fourth inputs of main and additional units measuring inter-period noise correlation rate are respectively third and fourth inputs of second complex multiplier and third input of first complex multiplier, and joined second input of complex conjunction unit and output of dividing unit. Second and third outputs of main unit measuring inter-period noise correlation rate is first and second outputs of second complex multiplier. Third claim of invention discloses design of unit measuring inter-period noise correlation rate. Fourth claim of invention discloses design of complex multiplier. Fifth claim of invention discloses design of unit weights unit. Sixth claim of invention discloses design of adder. Seventh claim of invention discloses design of memory unit. Eighth claim of invention discloses design of complex conjunction unit. Ninth claim of invention discloses design of accumulation unit. EFFECT: increased efficiency of background noise suppression in transient mode.
