FIELD: radio engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has serial circuit of unit measuring and averaging inter-period noise phase shift, and unit, which calculates weights. In addition device has two channels each of which has additional suppression filter, which first input in each channel is connected to output of subtraction unit of corresponding channel. Second input of additional suppression filter of each channel is connected to output of unit for calculation of weights. In addition first, second and third and fourth inputs of unit measuring and averaging inter-period noise phase shift are connected to corresponding inputs of unit measuring inter-period noise correlation rate. Second claim of invention discloses device design in which additional suppression filter has multiplier and serial circuit of first memory unit, first adder, second memory unit and second adder. Input of first memory unit is connected to second input of second adder and first input of multiplier, which output is connected to second input of first adder. First and second inputs of suppression filter are respectively input of first memory unit and second input of multiplier. Output of suppression filter is output of second adder. EFFECT: increased efficiency of background noise suppression.
