FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: signals of all active objects are emitted in sequence in time. Signals of proper active object are received at driving beacon and adjustment of reference signal is carried out, signals from driving beacon are emitted. Signals of driving beacon are received at all passive and corresponding active objects. Delay of received signal of driving beacon with regard to reference signals of corresponding objects is measured. Signals of first driven beacon are emitted and are received at all passive and corresponding active objects, its delay relative to reference signal of corresponding objects is measured. Signal of second driven beacon is emitted, its delay with regard to reference signals of corresponding objects is measured. Location of all objects is determined at all passive and active objects by known coordinates of beacons and by measured delays. For increase of number of objects determining their location reference signals of first and second driven beacons are tuned in time by received signals of driving beacon and signals from each beacon are received simultaneously at all passive and corresponding active object. EFFECT: increased number of objects determining their location.
