FIELD: heat engineering. SUBSTANCE: evaporator has vertical cylindrical body, heating chamber installed on upper end of body by its axis, horizontal tube plates located in heating chamber, vertical heat-exchange tubes secured in tube plates, louver spray trap located in body to separate it into upper and lower chambers, funnel with cylindrical branch pipe attached to internal surface in upper chamber, circulating tube located outside of body and connected with its outlet to above-tubeside space of heating chamber, circulating pump with suction and pressure branch pipes, pressing branch pipe is connected with circulating tube inlet, and inlets and outlets of initial solution, secondary steam and condensate. Evaporator has additional funnel of solution discharge located in body upper chamber between lower tube plate of heating chamber and main funnel whose cylindrical branch pipe tuns through lower spray trap and communicates upper chamber with lower. Suction branch of circulating pump is located inside body by its axis and is connected with lower part of additional funnel. Initial solution inlet is located above additional funnel with which boiled down solution outlet is connected. EFFECT: intensified process due to improved circulation in apparatus and separator of steam-liquid mixture.
