SUBSTANCE: apparatus has container 1 with inhibitor mounted on supports 2, auxiliary vessel 3 with pivot joints 4 and counterweight 5 on pin 6, and float 9 fixed on bottom of auxiliary vessel 3 by hinge 7 and binder 8. Supports 2 are attached to pin 6 which is fastened on suspensions 10. Auxiliary vessel 3 with counterweight 5 and float 9 has mass center 11. Auxiliary vessel 3 with counterweight 5 without float has mass center 12. EFFECT: increased efficiency and convenience in operation by providing charging of inhibitor and flow rate control without disassembling and withdrawal of apparatus from vessel. 3 dwg
