FIELD: chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: air is removed from initial fluid before its entering a column for filtration. When column is filled with ionite a part of initial fluid is fed to spraying ionite in a charging hoper of next column near walls. When ionite is discharged from the column to a batcher it is in communication with atmosphere and initial fluid is removed from it. The hopper is then filled with ionite fully with simultaneous draining of initial fluid from it. Before pumping of ionite gases are displaced from the batcher and a portion of ionite is controlled by deepening a pipe for pumping. When initial fluid is filtered from the top part of sorption or washing column segregated ground ionite can be discharged periodically. EFFECT: improved method. 2 cl, 1 dwg
