FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: method involves mixing coal waste, sawdust, bacterial culture Clostridium omeljanski, Azotobacter chroococcum and Pseudomonos aeruginosa in the following mass proportions: 50-62.5 30-42 2.5 2.5 2.5, respectively. Mixture is prepared by mixing coal and wood waste and inoculating it with aqueous suspension of bacterial cultures. In the course of composting, the mixture is periodically stirred and sprinkled with water to 60% moisture content of full moisture capacity. EFFECT: higher biological activity of fertilizer due to increased yield of amino acids. 2 tbl
