FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention may be used for hydraulic extraction of oil coke from delayed coker reactors. Hydraulic cutter is lowered in reactor to upper coke level, and high-pressure water pump is started. Highly pressurized water via cavity of casing 1 is supplied to central drilling nozzle 5 and side drilling nozzles 7. Outlet diameter of every side drilling nozzle 7 is equal to outlet diameter of horizontal cutting nozzle 3, and exceeds outlet diameter of central drilling nozzle 1.5-1.7 times. Powerful jets of water that outflow from side drilling nozzles 7 expand shaft in coke massif. On completion of shaft expansion in coke massif, pump is changed over to bypass, and hydraulic cutter is withdrawn from coker reactor.
EFFECT: increase of high-pressure water jet damaging ability, expansion of working range of hydraulic cutter and increase of large-sized fractions yield.
