Volume Ql of fibers in layer is selected in accordance with formula 4Ql/(πaldcomKf.l.)=1, matrix layer thickness is hрr, which satisfies the requirement of (hрrγрrA·L+Qlγbr)/(dbrγbrA·L>1,, where a, l are width and length of composite layer of material; A, L are width and length of composite layer of briquette; dcom, dbr are diameters of fiber in composite material and in briquette; γрr, γbr is density of matrix layer upon precompressing and briquetting; Kf.l. is filling coefficient.
