FIELD: nondestructive testing methods. SUBSTANCE: enhanced authenticity of rejection of welded joints is achieved due to limiting of range of pressures within which signals of acoustic emission are recorded by range corresponding to destruction of brittle coat over aluminium foil and to creation of juvenile surfaces. Specified threshold of amplitude discrimination is set, signals of acoustic emission are counted within pressure range from 100 up to 800 MPa. EFFECT: enhanced authenticity of rejection. 1 dwg, 1 tbl
