FIELD: thermal physics. SUBSTANCE: sensor is manufactured in the form of spiral which turns have shape of regular polygon. Adjacent sides of spiral form angle of 360 deg/n between principal crystallographic axes of anisotropic thermal elements (n is number of sides of polygon). For manufacture of spiral rectangular parallelepiped produced from monocrystal of anisotropic material with inclination angle of principal crystallographic axis of 45 deg to base of parallelepiped is cut into rectangular plates. Cemented by edges in the form of regular prism plates are cut into strips continuing each other. Produced turns are fastened together in succession by means of insulator.
