FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for measuring variable magnitudes and can be used in magnetic measurements. Sample holder for a SQUID magnetometer of the MPMS type for investigating the anisotropic properties of orthorhombic single crystals comprises a cylindrical tube of organic material, and further comprises a rectangular plate made of non-magnetic material, two discs and a straight triangular prism with a right angle at one of the vertices of its base, placed inside the tube, the plate with opposite edges rigidly fastened to the ends of the first and second disks, a prism fixed rigidly to the center of the plate with a lateral face, to which the sample is rigidly attached to the large lateral face.
EFFECT: increased accuracy of the study of the anisotropic properties of orthorhombic single crystals.
