FIELD: oil production. SUBSTANCE: compound has the following components, % biologically active substratum 96-99, biogenic adding 1-4. Substratum from production of natural sulphur dioxide processing is used as biologically active adding. As biogenic adding methanol or methanol-containing stocks are used. Biologically active substratum when contacting with petroleum seal provides improvement in seam pressure and reduction in viscosity of displaced petroleum due to gas generation. Compound is prepared by means of introduction of components into waste water at permanent stirring. The compound is pumped into shaft of the well, volume of the compound is determined from geologic state of the seam and from physical-chemical properties of the fluids.
